Introduction Purpose of These Terms & Conditions

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening more than one account from the same IP address, payment method, or device will be treated as a duplicate account and may result in suspension.

2.3 Account Security

Do not share your account credentials (username / password) with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If unauthorised access occurs, you must notify customer support immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

mmrbet may request a copy of your National ID or citizenship verification card at any time for verification purposes. If you are unable to provide that information, your withdrawal request may be suspended.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. To protect against financial losses, payments must be made only from an account in your own name. Third-party payments will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed verification may be suspended.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

mmrbet follows anti-money-laundering procedures in line with financial regulations. Suspicious deposit or withdrawal activity may be suspended and the account relationship may be terminated immediately.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mmrbet's welcome bonus gives you a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 25.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must meet a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks. If you deposit 340,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 540,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must meet a wagering requirement of 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement and terms.
• The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only; your original deposit is not counted.
• mmrbet may block any play patterns that are clearly intended to abuse bonuses, and has full authority over decisions regarding such activity.
• Withdrawal restrictions may apply after claiming a bonus until the wagering requirement is met.
• mmrbet may change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.3 VIP Levels and Cashback

mmrbet has three VIP levels — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Level progression depends on your betting history and continued activity on the platform. Cashback is credited to your account automatically.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at mmrbet—

• Cyber attacks, hacking, or repeated automated form submissions (bot / automation);
• Intercepting or directly interfering with game processes (RNG manipulation);
• Making excessive deposits and withdrawals with the intent to abuse bonuses;
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party;
• Opening multiple accounts using false information (multi-accounting);
• Money laundering or suspicious fund transfers;
• Collusion or pre-arranged play with other players.

If any of the above is found to have occurred, mmrbet has the authority to immediately suspend the account and make final decisions regarding the remaining balance.

6 Financial Liability Limitations

mmrbet cannot cover financial losses related to game outcomes. By participating in games, you acknowledge that financial losses are possible.

mmrbet is not liable for losses caused by technical faults, network issues, or force majeure events beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to assist users in resolving such issues.

11 Account Suspension & Termination
